The original slow-roast beef belly created by Chef V last 2008. It was created as an alternative to Lechon Baboy as filipino fiesta dish during wedding events. Since then, it is the number one choice of dish of the couple's menu for their wedding reception.
It is slow cooked for 12 hours using the cheaper part of the beef --- the BELLY. Marinated with Chef V's secret sauce.
